You can add an auto response on your dedicated virtual mobile number to catch any misspelt keywords. This can help make sure you are capturing numbers to the correct list.
1. Click on NUMBERS
2. Click on INBOUND OPTIONS
3. Select Yes for Auto-Replies option
4. Enter the message your recipient will receive when the first response is not a keyword from your list eg. "Oops, I think you misspelt the keyword, please try again."
Example: Text IPAD to 0457 333 444 to win an IPAD.
If you text IPAD you will get the entry mechanism.
If you make a simple mistake and text IPOD instead you will get the denial and retry message back from the system.
