New Message Retrieval and Statistics APIs Endpoints for Omnichannel

New endpoints to retrieve individual messages and generate aggregated statistics for reporting and analytics for WhatsApp and RCS

RCS APIs

API	Endpoint	Description
Retrieve Individual RCS Messages	GET /v2/rcs/{id}	Retrieves detailed information about specific RCS messages including delivery status, timestamps, content, and pricing.
RCS Aggregated Statistics	GET /v2/rcs/stats	Retrieves aggregated counts: sent, delivered, failed, read for custom reporting and analytics over specified time periods.

WhatsApp APIs

API	Endpoint	Description
Retrieve Individual WhatsApp Messages	GET /v2/whatsapp/{id}	Retrieves detailed information about specific WhatsApp messages including delivery status, events, and message history.
WhatsApp Aggregated Statistics	GET /v2/whatsapp/stats	Retrieves aggregated message metrics for analytics and reporting.

Campaign Enhancements

Contact List Sorting

To make our campaigns smoother, we've added a sort feature for Contact Lists when clicking the 'To' dropdown. These can now be sorted alphabetically or by the date they were added.

Added Unicode indicator

We've added a visual Unicode indicator to show when a message contains a UTF-8 character. This'll help show when the encoding changes and messages are billed at 70 characters per segment (vs. 160).

Custom Domain Track Links

We've added support for Custom Domain Track Links to our improved campaigns, as well as secure https:// tracked links. The Phone preview will now always use HTTPS when previewing these.

To setup a custom domain, navigate to your Account Settings and submit a 'Contact Us' request. Once we’ve received all the correct details, our Customer Support team will verify the CNAME setup is correct & finalise the configuration of custom domain track links.

Fixes

• Ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday we've fixed several issues related to larger Campaigns.
• Fixed an issue where Opt-Out Filter in Inbox was showing all conversations.
• Expired senders are now correctly excluded from Campaign senders list dropdown.
• Removed "BETA" icon from the main menu Channels page.
• Fixed webhook timestamp format issue (for backwards compatible).
