Common troubleshooting with uploading CSV files If a file takes more than a few minutes to upload there may be an issue with the data. Try the following to rectify Remove all data columns you do not require.Remove any formatting in the document before exporting.Do not have number column next to another number column (eg. mobile, landline, membership number). If a number is in an incorrect format that can’t be automatically recovered (such as an email address, too short or too longer number sequence), these will be skipped. If your import seems to be stuck, please refresh the screen. If nothing has happened, there is possibly some invalid data in your file. We encourage you to review your CSV file, remove invalid data and re-import.
