You can add an auto response on your dedicated virtual mobile number to catch any misspelt keywords. This can help make sure you are capturing numbers to the correct list.

 

1. Click on Senders, and click on a sender ID to open it's settings.

 

2. Click on Inbound Automation and scroll down to Auto-Reply.

 

3. Enter the message your recipient will receive when the first response is not a keyword from your list eg. "Oops, I think you misspelt the keyword, please try again." Click Update.

 

Example: Text IPAD to 0457 333 444 to win an IPAD.

 

If you text IPAD you will get the entry mechanism.

 

If you make a simple mistake and text IPOD instead you will get the denial and retry message back from the system.
