If you are sending a campaign to a large database and would like to ensure you do not get overwhelmed with the amount of customer enquiries following the campaign, you can split your campaign to send in segments of your contact list over a period of time.
For example, if you have a contact list with 5000 customers, you can split your campaign to send to 500 customers over a 10 day period.
1. Click on SEND SMS.
2. Scroll down to Split Sending and select YES.
3. Split Campaign into - Select 10 segments.
4. Send a Segment Every - Select Day.
