If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it. You will receive an email with a link that you will need to click on in order to complete the password reset process. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, its possible that its caught in a spam filter or company firewall. 


Contact us and we can reset it for you manually, or if you have forgotten your login email address.


NOTE: Some clients are reporting an error 500 message saying "burst.transmitsms.com is currently unable to handle this request." when trying to reset their password. If this incident occurs, let us know via e-mail at helpdesk@burstsms.com or via chat so we can look into
