Contact Details added to Operator Transitions email 

To save your operators time we’ve added quick response options to the transitions page, reducing the time spent needing to look this information up in separate CRMs. All details stored on the contact list, including custom fields, will be now shown in the Operator Transitions email under Contact Details.

Added support for Operator Transition Emails

We’ve removed the 50 character limit on the Operators Transition Email field under the Create Campaign form.

Fixes

  • The following variables will now display correctly on the Campaign Types page:
    • Initial message
    • Message template
  • We’ve fixed a minor issue with icons on the UI navigation bar
  • We’ve included suggested replies under Quick Response Options when an operator transition is generated from the ‘contact_needs_call’ action
  • The contacts card has been removed from the View Report page
