InformationTitleRecently Released - 29th June 2023 - Simpler Conversr Campaigns and Contact ListsURL NameRecently-Released-29-June-2023AnswerTransmit Enhancements We have tagged inbound messages to the parent account who owns the leased number. This change fixes an issue where inbound messages would fail to deliver, such as when a reply was sent without an outbound message, or was sent outside of the 72-hour reply period. Fixes We’ve fixed an issue with our V2 API that was causing the Send SMS endpoint to be overwritten where Global Routing was used. Conversr New Features Simpler Campaign Contact Lists To save you time we’ve added an option to automatically create a contact list when you create a campaign through the user interface. This new feature simplifies the current process and reduces issues where a contact list has been incorrectly set up.How it works: The Contact list ID is no longer required in the Create Campaign form.If the Contact list ID is left blank, a new contact list is automatically created and attached to the new campaign. The contact list is correctly configured with all required custom contact fields, and the Forward to URL setting under Automation is set to enabled always on campaigns.Once the campaign is activated, you can immediately start adding contacts without changing any other settings.Enhancements Direct link to Campaign Contacts To improve the navigation experience we’ve linked contact lists directly on the Campaigns list page. Clicking one of these links will now take you to the campaign contact list in our Transmit SMS UI. Default Time Zone To reduce the manual and repetitive process of setting up campaigns the time zone of the campaign will now default to the time zone of the Transmit account. Delete Campaign Users can now delete campaigns using the Action menu which removes them from the Campaigns list. This feature is only available for campaigns in Draft or Deactivated status. Campaigns in Active status will need to be deactivated before they can be deleted. View Report Enhancements The Delivery Status card now correctly displays key metrics related to the SMS send status of the campaign: Not sent:The number of contacts who did not get sent an SMS message because they failed validation, or for any other issue in Transmit.Sent: The number of contacts who were sent the initial SMS message regardless of DLR status.Delivered: The number of contacts who were sent the initial SMS message and we received a DLR status of delivered.Hard Bounce:The number of contacts who were sent the initial SMS message and Transmit received a DLR status indicating a hard bounce.Soft Bounce:The number of contacts who were sent the initial SMS message and Transmit received a DLR status indicating a soft bounce.Other:The number of contacts who were sent the initial SMS message and we received a DLR status which is indeterminate i.e. we don’t know if the message delivered or bounced.[Status] %: The number of contacts with specific SMS status as a proportion of the Number of contacts Sent. Fixes We fixed an issue that prevented alphanumeric campaign names from displaying correctly.Accounts using a Parent-Child structure will now show the Parent subdomain in URL previews.Contact lists containing no contacts will now show on the campaign lists page rather than appearing blank.
