  • Some inbound MMS notifications were being sent from a secondary domain. This issue has now been fixed, and email notifications will now show the “Transmitmessage” domain.

Quick Response Options

To improve the user interface and experience we’ve split quick response options into two columns. This reduces the amount of scrolling and makes it easier to find the appropriate reply option.

  • We’ve updated the template_text object in Touchpoint Types. This follows a previous change to ‘informal’ which is no longer required or supported.
