Receiving Replies to Email

Select REPLY OPTIONS and select YES for FORWARD TO EMAIL and enter an email address and click on UPDATE. 

When the recipient replies, their message will be sent to your email address.

 

Replying to email forwards to send back an SMS

To enable Email SMS replies, add your email address to your Email SMS Section of your account.

1. Click on NEW EMAIL

2. Enter your email address

3. Click on ACTIVATE

Once this is setup, you can use email to reply to the recipient directly.
